Canes announce short-term signing from Hunslet

We are pleased to confirm that we have signed winger Joe Hartley from Championship outfit Hunslet on an initial two-week loan deal. Joe will be available for selection ahead of Sunday’s 1895 Cup Second Preliminary Round clash with Keighley Cougars.

Joe, 26, has played 51 games across four season for Oldham, Rochdale Hornets and Workington Town. His best stint came last season, where he scored eight tries in ten appearances for Rochdale Hornets before scoring three tries in six games (including a brace against the Canes) whilst on loan for Workington towards the end of the season.
